Monarch Beach
Featured in the Estates of Monarch Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this property needed a complete overhaul. We established a redesign of the existing architecture, interior design, and included a new second level addition. One of our favorite clients to work with, this couple loves to entertain, drink wine, and celebrate life with their friends and family. We took the opportunity to scale back some of the opulence of the original house and create an open, more entertainer-friendly floor plan.
